A graduate of Law from University of Cape Town (South Africa), Ridhineka has always shown a strong inclination towards the growth of the business from a Marketing and Administrative perspective. Apart from holding leadership positions within her university, she has constantly provided the company with her vibrant ideas. She works on deadline submissions like her life dependent on it, always delivering quality work as and when required of her.
On a creative side, she has assisted our filming processes on many an occasion and is known to be a focused worker on set. She played a very essential role in recent times during the filming of our series Romapuri Pandian in Rajasthan. Being well versed in English, Tamil and Hindi, Ridhineka helped coordinate the outdoor schedule in an efficient and effective manner. Dedicated and ambitious she also contributes to creative content through writing.
Her leadership role had begun with her being the Public Relations Secretary for the Student Body of PSBB School Chennai. She had also retained the role of being the President of the Entrepreneurship club in school for two years. Receiving the ‘All-Rounder’ award in school, she completed her school education in Chennai(India) and moved to South Africa to pursue Law.
Her ambition and dedication soon lead her to win national level moot competitions. In the year to come, Ridhineka had once again found her way into student governance. She held the role of Intermediate Year Class Representative along with being the Transformation Chair for the Student Representative Council of University of Cape Town. She found herself organizing the Red March as raising a voice against Patriarchy, Sexism and Rape Culture.
Whilst still in University, Ridhineka had also decided to do a Marketing Certificate with Harvard Extension School.
A firm believer in taking leaps of faith, Ridhineka envisions mighty plans for the Company and is firm on seeing them through. Young and dynamic, her mind-set is oriented towards entrepreneurial ventures that would add to the growth of the company.
